You will oversee budgeting, audits, and talent development, leveraging 10+ years of corporate accounting experience and an MSc/MBA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in accounting/finance or related field.
• Senior leadership experience with mid-large finance teams.
• Proven track record in financial governance and audits.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CMA/CIMA/CA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce a robust financial control framework across receivables, payables and fixed assets.
• Lead internal and external audit engagements and close audit observations.
• Drive working capital strategies to optimize cash conversion and payments.
• Oversee budgeting, variance analysis and consolidation for strategic planning.
• Manage ERP finance modules and digitalization initiatives.
