Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with local plant leadership and remote teams to deliver financial insights.
• Oversee all plant accounting activities, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Lead month-end closing processes and monitor shared service performance.
• Review reconciliation files and lead quarterly balance-sheet reviews.
• Develop and manage processes such as fixed asset management and cost tracking.
• Supervise physical inventory counts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide financial review and support for various projects.
• Assist stakeholders with fixed asset and invoice submission processes.
• Review statutory bookings and prepare annual reports.
• Represent the company during external audits and tax reviews.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in manufacturing, cost, and general accounting

Proactive, hands-on approach

Experience working in international and matrixed environments

In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS

Proficiency in SAP ECC/S4

Education
