Job summary

Experience is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee daily accounting operations, budget planning, and financial reporting in Oman. You will manage cash flow, costing, inventory valuation, and ERP-driven controls while mentoring the finance team.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems. A CFA/MBA/ CMA background is valued for strategic insights and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA Finance.
810 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and working capital management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar ERP systems.
Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
Manage accounts receivable, payable, cash flow, and working capital.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, customer, vendor, and inventory accounts.
Supervise payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
Optimize ERP financial processes and maintain strong internal controls.
Support management with financial analysis and business performance insights.
Lead, train, and mentor the finance team.
