Macro Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to support the Senior Contracts Manager in delivering compliant and efficient site operations. You will coordinate service providers, supervise contractor performance, and uphold high customer service standards.

The role requires experience in facilities operations, HSE practices and strong IT/reporting skills, with IOSH qualification being advantageous.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating outsourced service providers.
• Experience in facilities operations, venues or events management.
• Knowledge of RAMS, PTW procedures and incident reporting.
• IOSH qualification would be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and service providers across assigned sites.
• Conduct routine site inspections and coordinate corrective actions to maintain service standards.
• Record asset faults and monitor contractor follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare accurate daily service updates and complete weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain the designated HSE inspection and reporting platform, ensuring incidents, accidents, inspections and corrective actions are recorded.
• Escalate significant safety concerns and unresolved issues to the Senior Contracts Manager.
