Leirus is seeking a Commercial Manager for Facility Management to be based in Muscat, Oman. You will lead the commercial and contractual aspects of FM, oversee contract correspondence, variations, costs, site materials reconciliation, and financial reporting, while liaising with engineers and employer representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in FM, a BSc/HNC or higher, and preferably GCC or international experience in a similar role.

• BSc or HNC qualification or above.
• GCC or International experience in a similar capacity preferred.

Commercial Manager – Facility Management

Commercial Manager Facility Management – excellent salary package

Leading FM company is looking for a Commercial Manager, experienced in Facility Management, to be based in Muscat, Oman.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to)

• Leading the commercial and contractual aspects of FM


• Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence


• Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule


• Preparation and review of Order of Costs


• Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation


• Financial Reporting


• Liaison with Consulting Engineer and Employer’s Representatives wherever required


• Review of Contractor’s Cost Proposals.


• Agreement of Re-measurement methods


• Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations

The successful candidate shall have:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facility Management


• BSc of HNC qualification or above


• Preferably at least 3 years GCC or International experience in a similar capacity


• Proven man management skills and experience
