Job summary

Work corp in Al Buraymi is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry department with vision and hands-on expertise. You will develop new pastry concepts, manage inventory and orders, and ensure desserts meet the highest quality standards.

You will train and supervise a team of pastry chefs, promote cleanliness and proper technique, and communicate clearly with your staff to drive creativity and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary.

Executive Pastry Chef

Are you passionate about creating delicious and visually stunning pastries? Do you have experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as an Executive Pastry Chef in Al Buraymi!

As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department. This includes developing new and creative pastry recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring that all desserts are prepared to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for training and supervising a team of pastry chefs, ensuring that they are following proper techniques and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a pastry chef, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. A degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred. You should also have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
