Job summary

Head Baker

As the Head Baker at our bakery in Al Buraymi, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of baked goods and ensuring their high quality and consistency. You will lead a team of bakers, creating work schedules, training new employees, and monitoring their performance. Your role will also involve ordering ingredients and supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and creating new recipes and menu items. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for baking. This is a full-time position suitable for men who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Al Buraymi or willing to relocate at their own expense. A salary of 1500$ per month is offered for this position.

As the ideal candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You should be knowledgeable about different baking techniques and able to create a variety of baked goods from scratch. In addition to technical skills, you must also possess strong communication skills to effectively train and manage your team.
