Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Advisory or Coverage roles.
• Demonstrable track record of originating and executing transactions across M&A, financing and strategic advisory mandates.
• Strong network across Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Family Offices, Government-Related Entities and Financial Institutions within Oman and the GCC.
• Proven ability to build and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience managing both origination and execution responsibilities.
• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to the growth of a developing platform.

Overview

We are partnering with a growing investment banking platform in Oman that is looking to appoint a senior Coverage Banker to lead strategic client relationships across the Sultanate and wider GCC region. This is a senior revenue-generating role focused on originating and executing advisory and financing opportunities across Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Family Offices, Government-Related Entities, Financial Institutions and large Corporates. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm's franchise, developing senior stakeholder relationships and driving new business across M&A, financing and capital markets solutions.

The position offers a unique opportunity to help shape and grow the investment banking platform whilst acting as a trusted advisor to some of the region's most influential institutions.
