Job summary

BrandConnect Media seeks an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at a luxury resort in Khasab, Oman, focusing on authentic Indian cuisine. You will oversee all aspects of food preparation, menu development, budgeting and staff training in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of spices and traditional Indian dishes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative menus featuring authentic Indian dishes.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on techniques and presentation.
• Ensure timely production of all menu items while maintaining quality.
• Monitor inventory and control costs; order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
