Job summary

You will oversee all kitchen operations, train junior chefs, ensure quality and hygiene standards, and collaborate with suppliers. Candidates should have at least 5 years as an Executive Chef, with 3 years in Indian cuisine; weekend/part-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, with at least 3 years specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for liaising with staff, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new menu items, ensuring authentic Indian cuisine.
• Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high quality.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
