Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and create new dishes that reflect Indian cuisine and meet the taste preferences of our guests
• Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and assistants

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency
