Job summary

ShieldPro Protection in Muscat, Oman is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the luxury resort kitchen, plan menus and ensure top-tier dishes for discerning guests.

You will train and supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with management on seasonal menus while upholding strict health, safety and sanitation standards. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong menu planning, costing and inventory management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities in English.
