Responsibilities

• Head of kitchen with responsibility for creating and executing menus.
• Oversee and train kitchen staff, ensure efficient operations and high-quality food standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment and liaise with front-of-house.

Our upscale restaurant in Muscat is seeking an experienced Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indian flavors and cooking techniques. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. Salary starts at $1100 per month. Non-English language proficiency is not required.
