• Manages day-to-day butler services operations to ensure quality and standards exceed guest expectations.
• Supervises VIP guests and their schedules; protects guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Leads Butler Service Desk and coordinates with Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Conducts daily stand-ups to communicate team updates and goals.
• Trains and mentors other departments delivering signature services.
