Job summary

STRABAG seeks an experienced Estimation Engineer to join its tendering and estimation team, focusing on reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, and converting requirements into priceable BOQ items for infrastructure and road projects.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying background with 5+ years in UAE construction, and strong skills in Excel and estimation software to support bid strategy and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of UAE construction experience, emphasis on infrastructure/road projects.
• Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tender preparation.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation software; ability to interpret drawings and contracts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
