Job summary

ALSAFI OMAN is seeking a meticulous accounting professional to oversee daily operations, record financial entries, manage client and supplier accounts, review invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor inventory movements.

The role includes preparing periodic financial reports, tracking collections and payments, supporting monthly and annual closings, and applying ERP systems expertise (preferably Odoo) with advanced Excel reporting.

Qualifications

• ERP experience required with preference for Odoo.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contracts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations: record entries, track client and supplier accounts, review invoices and expenditures, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory movement and related accounts; generate periodic financial reports.
• Oversee collections and payments; assist monthly and annual closings.
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers and other departments to ensure accurate financial terms and pricing.
