Job summary

CCB Manpower Services is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead technical assurance and design governance across project phases in Muscat, Oman. You will oversee engineering design reviews, validate key assumptions, and ensure that all designs comply with international standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in mining or heavy industry and a strong background in engineering governance. This strategic role offers an opportunity to influence high-value projects and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in mining, minerals processing, or heavy industry.
• Strong background in owner-side engineering / technical assurance.
• Proven expertise in multi-discipline design reviews and EPCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design reviews for EPCM and consultant deliverables.
• Validate plant throughput and metallurgical recovery assumptions.
• Ensure operability, maintainability, and constructability of all designs.
