Job summary

CCB Manpower Services (operating as Creative Chain Business) is seeking a Project Governance & Readiness Manager in Muscat, Oman. This role involves leading the establishment of project governance frameworks for a major portfolio of capital projects, ensuring compliance and execution readiness through rigorous stage-gate processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project governance within large-scale projects, strong expertise in risk management, and ability to work with senior stakeholders. Opportunities for leadership exposure across executive levels are also available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project governance or PMO leadership within large-scale capital projects.
• Strong expertise in investment assurance and compliance assessments.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and investment committees.
