Job summary

Zoomlion is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator in Muscat, Oman, to coordinate and monitor logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation planning. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and fluency in English and Arabic.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments, optimize costs, and maintain compliance with local regulations. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and an LMS is expected; Oman driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred in SCM/Logistics/PM/Administration.
Experience: 5+ years in logistics or related field; same industry preferred.
Strong English and Arabic communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including inventory management and planning.
Oversee ROP, local transportation and related system operations.
Ensure shipments are processed timely, tracked accurately, and delivered on schedule.
Manage costs while maintaining efficiency and quality in logistics.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments via LMS.
Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulations governing transport and logistics activities.
Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.
Ensure timely inbound/outbound of host machines and accurate recording of shipments and inventory transactions.
Ensure brand registration and customs documents are prepared on time.
