Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (Saudi National Talent) to support the marketing and communications team. You will help implement digital marketing activities, maintain Jumeirah.com content, drive campaigns with agencies, and monitor performance across channels.

The role involves CRM activities, guest communications, OTA presence, and daily marketing operations, contributing to brand-wide initiatives and local deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, websites, CRM, and digital communications.
• Basic understanding of website content management, digital marketing campaigns, CRM, analytics, and online distribution platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing and Communications in implementing the resort's digital marketing activities and initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Jumeirah.com, ensuring website content, imagery, offers, and resort experiences are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Marketing teams and specialist agencies.
• Monitor basic website and digital campaign performance, assisting with regular reporting and identifying relevant insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Support CRM and digital communications activities, including campaign content, guest communications, database-related activities, and performance tracking.
• Assist in maintaining the resort's presence across OTAs and other digital platforms, ensuring content, offers, imagery, and information remain accurate, consistent, and on brand.
• Support the coordination of digital content and assets across relevant marketing channels.
• Assist with daily marketing operations and other digital marketing activities as required.
