Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a Professional to support cost allocation systems in collaboration with IT teams and the costing design group to define requirements and reflect changes in allocation models.

The role includes maintaining change-request logs, coordinating data inputs, running regular cost allocation cycles and ensuring accessible output data for reporting across platforms, while upholding internal security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• 0-2 years of experience in data enablement and platforms preferred in telecom.
• Experience in cost allocation or IT coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supports ensuring cost allocation systems are operational and aligned with the cost allocation process.
• Coordinates with corporate IT to implement and test changes to allocation logic.
• Maintains historical logs and documents of change requests for audit purposes.
• Manages loading updated inputs in the system with data acquisition teams.
• Conducts regular cost allocation cycles to meet publication timelines.
• Ensures output data from costing is available for reporting across platforms.
• Ensures data security in collaboration with corporate IT and adheres to security practices.
• Assists profitability management teams with IT tools for data processing and reporting.
• Works with large and complex data sets and provides IT perspective on platforms and processes.
• Acts as IT contact for Profitability Management projects and critical initiatives.

Job Responsibility

• Supports ensuring the cost allocation systems are operational and fit for the purposes of the cost allocation process in coordination with IT teams which include (System hardware storage, etc), and works with costing design team to define the requirements and change requests for reflecting changes in the allocation models on the systems.
• Supports managing the coordination with corporate IT team to implement quality-test the required changes and updates to the allocation logic.
• Supports maintaining historical log and documents of all relevant system change requests for purposes of audit and traceability.
• Supports managing the process of loading the updated inputs in the system in collaboration with the data acquisition team.
• Supports conducting regular cost allocation cycles on the system ensuring delivery as per publication timelines.
• Supports ensuring the output data from the costing process is available and visible for the purposes of reporting and analysis on different platforms, e.g. staging databases, publication databases, flat files (cubes), etc.
• Supports managing the coordination with corporate IT teams to ensure the security of the data and adheres to the established internal security practices.
• Supports the Profitability Management teams in developing, introducing and implementing IT tools for data processing, analysis and reporting.
• Supports the Profitability Management teams in working with large and complex data sets.
• Supports providing IT expert support and point of view on selection and introduction of IT platforms, methodologies and processes.
• Supports acting as point of contact with corporate IT on all interactions – including monitoring critical projects related to Profitability Management.
