Job summary

Royal WorldGroup's HiEFFiCiENCi unit seeks a dynamic Business Development and Sales leader to close initial deals, design the sales playbook, and guide tech-stack choices. You will hire early sales talent and shape go-to-market strategy for cyber security services and SaaS offerings.

You will propel the outreach, define target accounts at the CISO/CTO level, and partner with founders to refine the market approach while driving revenue growth in the Oman market.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales specifically within cyber security or high-end IT infrastructure space.
• Hybrid track record selling consultative services (pentesting, audits, GRC) and SaaS/subscription products.
• Experience founding a sales team or department is an added advantage.
• Existing contacts with CISO/CTO-level security decision-makers is an advantage.
• Career pivots from technical roles to sales are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish a repeatable sales process including CRM setup, outreach strategy, and pitch development for services and SaaS with founders.
• Represent the company to prospective clients and partners, identify target accounts (CISO/CTO level), open doors, and close deals.
• Help hire and train the first Sales Managers/Account Executives once the model proves viable.
• Refine messaging to become a trusted partner for clients.
