Job summary

IK Manpower International in Oman is hiring for a Continental CDP (Chef de Partie) to join a busy professional kitchen. You will prepare and cook Continental dishes, manage your station, ensure proper portioning, presentation and food safety during service.

Requirements include prior Continental CDP experience with Gulf exposure; Hindi-speaking candidates are welcome. You must work efficiently, maintain hygiene, and collaborate with senior chefs to ensure timely, high‑quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Continental CDP / Chef de Partie.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Continental cuisine.
• Ability to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.
• Hindi-speaking candidates are acceptable.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Continental cuisine according to established recipes and standards.
• Manage the assigned section of the kitchen efficiently.
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning and presentation.
• Maintain food quality and consistency.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
