• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and standards.
• Delight guests by efficiently managing orders and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, plating, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workspace and follow food safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
