Job summary

Avanta Works in Muscat, Oman is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning to project completion. This full-time role requires strong leadership, budget control, and strict adherence to safety standards, with an immediate start.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors, read blueprints, monitor progress, ensure quality, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred).
