Job summary

SalamAir is seeking an IT Support Officer to deliver second-line support across our cloud-based IT environment. You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and AWS, ensuring high availability and security for essential services.

You will support hardware, software, and end-user issues while administering critical airline apps such as Radixx, AIMS, Dynamics 365, and more, in a 24/7 operational setting with vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years IT support covering apps, cloud, and network infrastructure.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and AWS cloud services.
• Experience supporting SaaS in 24/7 airline/aviation environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line IT support for hardware, software, and end-user issues.
• Administer and support business apps: Radixx, AIMS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Darwinbox, and Accelya.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and AWS environments.
• Support LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, connectivity and network infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint devices.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents and enhancements.
• Maintain IT documentation, assets, and security policy compliance.
