Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks a System Administrator I based in Saudi Arabia. You will deliver IT support across Windows/macOS, servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure in a remote-first environment.

You’ll administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, AD, and virtualization with VMware/Hyper‑V, while supporting Sage ERP and QuickBooks. Strong English and customer‑focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional IT experience in IT support or related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and common business apps.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments (2016–2025).
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory, and related identity services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VMware and Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Support Sage ERP and QuickBooks, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, and switches.
• Support endpoint security, mobile devices, and backup solutions.
• Serve as escalation point and mentor for junior technicians.
• Deliver clear, professional client communication and maintain accurate documentation.
• Meet service KPIs like CSAT, first-touch resolution, and utilization.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Pursue required training and certifications to stay current.
