Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations management in a fast-paced industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement streamlined operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee daily operations to align departments with strategic goals within budget.
