Job summary

Axios International in Muscat, Oman seeks a Patient Care Lead to support and manage Patient Support Programs, ensuring timely, compassionate, and professional assistance throughout treatment journeys. The position requires coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring enrollment, and maintaining accurate records across field and office settings. Travel to clients and partners is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in healthcare/NGO settings is advantageous.
• Experience in data monitoring and management is beneficial.
• Experience coordinating logistics/supply chains is a plus.
• Experience managing customer service activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist line manager and program team by liaising with key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely enrolment of eligible patients per workflow and timelines.
• Educate and coordinate with patients for seamless enrollment.
• Maintain accurate patient files for timely submission.
• Accompany team on visits to healthcare providers and sites to support program implementation.
• Ensure patients receive medications efficiently and without delay.
• Prepare reports on program performance and QA metrics with the team.
• Maintain electronic records related to patient data and QA.
• Participate in required trainings and report adverse events per SOPPs.
• Perform administrative duties related to program operations and office support.
