Job summary

Dhofar Global seeks a Client Relations Executive in Muscat to manage CRM data, support the sales team across all segments, and oversee collections, driving client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will maintain accurate client records, prepare quotations, follow up on overdue payments, resolve issues, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely cash flow.

A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in a related role are required, with strong communication, CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years in a similar role (sales support or collections).
• Experience in trading companies or administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Assist sales across all segments by preparing quotations and updating records.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and collections KPIs.
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Provide CRM, sales, and collections updates to the Team Lead.
• Collaborate with finance to address discrepancies in invoicing.
• Prepare reports on CRM activity and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all client interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative client solutions.
