Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chief Rig Mechanic or Senior Rig Mechanic on drilling rigs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all mechanical maintenance activities on the drilling rig ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the rig mechanical crew.
• Oversee inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of rig equipment including drawworks, mud pumps, engines, compressors, and auxiliary systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with drilling and operations teams to support uninterrupted rig performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.

• Proven experience as Chief Rig Mechanic or Senior Rig Mechanic on drilling rigs.
• Strong expertise in rig mechanical systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing multicultural teams.
