Job summary

Eslbar, Inc. seeks a Rig Mechanic / Equipment Operator to reliably operate and maintain diesel and electric rig components on-site in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on the Top Drive system and safety.

The role requires reading mechanical blueprints, interpreting service manuals, and leading a crew under remote field conditions to minimize rig downtime while coordinating with other crafts and ensuring compliant operating practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience operating and maintaining diesel/electric rig components.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic desirable but not required.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate, service, and maintain diesel/electric rig components including the Top Drive system.
• Minimize rig downtime by applying drilling operations knowledge.
• Support rig maintenance with welding, pipefitting, crane operations, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Read and apply mechanical blueprints and manuals.
• Supervise and train crew on the rig floor.
