Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks a Chief People & Culture Officer to shape and embed a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with the organisation's business strategy. You will lead Human Resources, Administration Services, and Corporate Communications to ensure a people-centric operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Management, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in human resources management, Business Administration (MBA), Organisational Leadership, or a related discipline Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement enterprise-wide People & Culture strategy aligned with objectives.
• Provide executive leadership across HR, Administration Services, and Corporate Communications & Identity.
• Ensure governance principles and consistent people practices across the organisation.
• Advise the Board, CEO, and executives on workforce planning, leadership, culture, and people-related matters.
• Drive Omanisation, capability development, and employment sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee HR policy governance, recruitment, compensation, and employee lifecycle management.
• Sponsor learning, leadership development, and succession planning programmes.
• Lead change management to improve engagement, productivity, and business continuity.
