Responsibilities

• Assist in daily financial transactions, prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance using Tally software with strong attention to detail.
• Responsible for GL monitoring, controls, substantiation and reconciliation, compliance with Oman VAT Law, finance project support role, finance strategy enabler, and others.
• Oversee financial reporting, develop controls, conduct variance analysis, and collaborate on budgets.
• Financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate accounting transactions, prepare financial statements, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop financial strategies.
• Lead client relationships and provide tax advisory and compliance services.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting while advising on investments and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, accounting, billing, and tax compliance while ensuring accurate reporting and decision-making insights in the manufacturing sector.
• Lead financial operations, reporting, and strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance and supporting growth initiatives in investment deployment.
• Strategic audit planning, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Lead financial strategy, operations, and compliance while providing insights and managing risks in the FMCG/manufacturing sector.
• Provide financial strategic planning, manage budgeting, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure compliance while supporting decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional certification.
• Accounting degree, professional qualification, and ERP experience.
• Strong communication, project management, and in-depth tax knowledge.
• MBA or equivalent and extensive finance experience.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant candidates from manufacturing, retail, and hotel backgrounds.
• Chartered Accountant preferred.
• Experience in Internal Audit; working in a CA firm is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
