Job summary

Zoomlion Oman seeks a seasoned Finance/Accounting professional to ensure HQ-aligned internal financial controls and robust financial reporting. You will manage revenue, expenses and costs, oversee month-end/year-end closings, and prepare accurate reports.

Coordinate with tax/audit bodies and provide timely data to Oman authorities. The role demands strong Oman tax law knowledge, SAP/ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, with English and Chinese communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial/accounting roles.
• Knowledge of Omani tax law.
• Proficient with SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal financial accounts per HQ guidelines.
• Manage revenue, expenditure and cost accounting.
• Prepare month-end and year-end reports.
• Coordinate with tax and audit departments.
• Issue invoices and receipts to clients.
• Support budgeting and capital analysis.
• Liaise with banks and government authorities.
• External reporting to China HQ on time.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Make up the internal financial account regulation under headquarter guide and carry out after approved
• Account for the company revenue, expenditure and cost.
• Record and supervise all aspect of company operating activities, receivables and accredited payables and complete the month end and year-end financial report
• Handle with the internal and external tax & audit department checking and supervise, prepare and provide related documents timely and truly.
• Maintain good relationship with tax& audit department.
• Hand with cash received, make account voucher, registration, bank statement, etc.
• Issue and keep invoice.
• Involve in making yearly budget and monthly capital plan and analysis the deviation from the actual situation
• Review the staff bill of expense.
• Be responsible for contact with bank, audit, tax government department.
• Issuing invoices and receipts to clients for money received
• Company financing scenario design and negotiation, confirm reasonable and practical financing scenario, and execution.
• Be able to handle the external reporting to the China HQ office on time with good quality

Other Requirements

• Omani nationals
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably Masters in relevant field – Finance / Accounting / Business Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial/accounting field
• Knowledge Oman tax law & regulation
• Familiar with account software, SAP, ERP and able to work effectively independent
• Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, wolyrd
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders
• Having the Accounting qualifications (CPA, CA or etc.) (not mandatory requirement)
• English language (Required). Arabic Language (Added Advantage)
• Oman Experience (Required)
