Job summary

AKG Hardware is hiring a Branch Sales Executive in Oman. The candidate will promote and sell tiling solutions and construction chemicals, serve contractors, consultants, project customers, and walk-in clients, and provide technical advice on product selection and usage.

The role requires a preferably Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field), about 2 years of sales experience in Oman, and strong knowledge of construction chemicals. Arabic proficiency is a MUST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Oman, preferably in construction.
• Experience with construction chemicals, building materials, or related products.
• Strong knowledge of construction chemicals, their properties, applications, and usage.
• Arabic proficiency is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell tiling solutions and construction chemicals.
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, project customers, and walk-in clients.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

AKG Hardware is looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Executive to join our team in Oman.

About AKG Hardware:

Since 1991, AKG Hardware has been providing comprehensive solutions to contractors, consultants, and projects, specializing in professional products and systems for the installation, movement, and cutting of floor and wall tiles.

Promote and sell AKG Hardware's range of tiling solutions and products, including construction chemicals, especially Mapei products.

Serve and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, project customers, and walk-in clients.

Provide technical support and advice on product selection, application, and usage.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2 years of sales experience in Oman, preferably within the construction industry.

Experience with construction chemicals, building materials, or related products is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction chemicals, their properties, applications, and usage.

Arabic proficiency is a MUST.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.

Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
