Job summary

Ahli Bank in Oman seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead staff, and drive sales to meet financial targets. You will ensure excellent customer service and maintain a productive work environment while promoting Ahli Bank products.

You will manage tellers and personal bankers, ensure regulatory compliance including KYC/AML, and engage with the local community to grow relationships with high-value clients. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree. Omani nationals only.
• 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, staff, and customer interactions.
• Lead tellers and personal bankers; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Drive sales targets for loans, mortgages, and savings products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, KYC/AML standards and audit controls.
• Build relationships with high-value clients and promote bank products.
• Prepare branch performance reports and monitor profitability.
• Manage risk, security, and adherence to internal policies.
