Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a transformational leader to head enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives in banking. You will drive end-to-end process re-engineering, digital enablement, and automation across branches and back-office operations.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Risk, and Vendors. Banking domain expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in banking/financial services.
• Minimum 6+ years in Business Transformation/Change Management.
• Hands-on experience in branch and back-office operations, core banking, and BPM systems.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise process transformation across branches and operations.
• Drive end-to-end process re-engineering and digital enablement.
• Oversee Core Banking implementation and BPM projects (Newgen or similar).
• Draft BRD, Functional Specifications, Solution Design, and UAT strategy.
• Improve controls, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Drive RPA and AI-enabled automation to reduce manual efforts.
