Job summary

Robotico Digital Llp in Oman is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end technical architecture for digital banking applications. You will evaluate technologies, define blueprints, and guide integration between frontend, backend, and banking systems. You will mentor teams and drive ADRs, NFRs, and go-live readiness.

Experience with Temenos Quantum Infinity and T24 Transact, microservices, API-first and event-driven patterns is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and enterprise IT delivery.
• Experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong Banking / FinTech / Digital Banking domain experience.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade web/mobile applications from development through Go-Live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture design for digital banking applications.
• Evaluate existing systems and provide technical recommendations.
• Design scalable architectures: Microservices, API-first, Event-driven.
• Define architecture decisions, ADRs and technical standards.
• Lead integration between frontend, backend, and banking systems.
• Plan technical activities and manage delivery across sprints.
• Mentor development teams and enforce standards.
• Establish automated testing and engineering best practices.
• Lead Go-Live readiness and post-production support.
• Ensure documentation and handover to operations.
