Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets and support branch goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching to new staff.
• Acquire new customers and identify business opportunities daily.
• Monitor local market and adjust sales approaches.
• Ensure branch processes, report deviations for audit.
• Suggest improvements to products and processes to reduce cycle times.
• Retain customers and resolve complaints through team coordination.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
