Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Autoline Specialist to provide functional and technical support for the Autoline Drive system across multiple business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end‑users, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with internal IT teams and external DMS providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of core business modules. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide day‑to‑day support for Autoline Drive modules, including POS, Accounts, MS, Vehicles, Reports, and PM.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve system‑related issues in coordination with the local IT team and external DMS providers.
3. Ensure timely response and effective follow‑up on user support requests and system incidents.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to escali​ate and resolve critical issues efficiently.
5. Support system optimization initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Train and guide end‑users on system processes, functionalities, and best practices.
7. Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and user support records as required.
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and system enhancements.
9. Stay updated with system developments and continuously improve technical and functional knowledge.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with the Autoline Drive system.
3. Strong functional knowledge of core modules such as POS, Accounts, MS, Vehicles, Reports, and PM.
4. Experience in report writing, troubleshooting, system configuration, and user support.
5. Knowledge of ERP/DMS environments and business process workflows is preferred.
