Job Summary

Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to plan inventory needed to fulfil customers’ certification requirements, achieving an average turnaround time of 4 weeks for minor certification and 8 weeks for master certification.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the Aftermarket service teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
• Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks on applicable projects, track and review vendor deliverables.
• Facilitate and structure procurement activities performed in the projects according to NOV’s procedures and guidelines.
• Manage dispatch and inside sales of ISE aftermarket services and rental departments for effective delivery to customers.
• Develop competence and perform performance management of subordinates when applicable.
• Develop and maintain rental equipment records, including basis usage.
• Coordinate and collaborate with operations and quality teams to meet all project requirements.
• Define, monitor, and improve effective metrics for analysing service performance progress and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to set policies, execution models, procedures, and agreed common tools and systems.
• Monitor and manage Intuiflow for both CS and CT warehouses.
