• Oversee daily operations: manage outlet operations, guest service standards, inventory, cost controls, budgeting, and policies
• Enhance guest experiences: monitor service and product quality, address feedback, resolve issues, and improve dining
• Contribute to team development: supervise staff, coach, evaluate performance, and support professional growth
• Support revenue initiatives: assist in marketing, up-selling, and promotions to boost F&B sales
• Recruit and train team members: assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training
• Uphold regulatory standards: ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
