Job summary

Fresha is seeking an Account Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join the commercial team in a busy, office-based environment. You will drive product adoption, payments conversion and revenue growth across a portfolio of Fresha partners, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborating with Sales, Onboarding and Product teams.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, and a proactive, analytical mindset to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced company undergoing

Qualifications

• Commercial Experience: partner-facing account management or sales role delivering commercial outcomes.
• Sales & Growth: outbound sales, upselling or cross-selling with targets.
• Analytical Mindset: comfortable using data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Communication: fluent in Arabic and English with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Relationship Building: build trusted advisor relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Initiative & Adaptability: proactive, curious and autonomous in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate partners on Fresha's products, focusing on converting to the payments solution and increasing product adoption.
• Own commercial targets across your portfolio and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Help partners optimise listing content and availability to improve marketplace performance and bookings.
• Build strong, long-term partner relationships and act as a trusted advisor for their needs.
• Use discovery and consultative selling to understand partner needs and influence purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding and Product teams to support the partner journey and provide feedback.
