Job summary

MapleGroves is seeking an enthusiastic Arabic-speaking Sales Representative for our Al Buraymi team. You will promote and sell products, build client relationships, and drive revenue by meeting sales targets in the assigned territory.

You will actively seek new opportunities, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the team to understand market trends. This role offers a base salary with commission and accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a relevant role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Must be able to work legally in Al Buraymi with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present, promote, and sell products to prospective clients in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Develop an understanding of market trends and customer needs to position products effectively.
• Negotiate agreements and close sales deals according to company guidelines.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Keep track of all sales activities including leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
