Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years in water utility operations or similar environments.
• 3+ years in supervisory or managerial roles with SCADA operations.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Control Center Operators including scheduling shifts.
• Oversee water distribution and treatment targets.
• Act as primary point for system failures and emergencies.
• Collaborate to ensure SCADA system stability.
• Analyze operational data for trends and optimization.
• Develop and update SOPs for routine and emergency tasks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate repairs based on system criticality.
• Conduct audits of control room logs and response times.
• Manage the control center budget including training needs.
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management.
