Job summary

Central Utilities Company in Oman is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize production and plant operations in power generation and desalination.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Instrumentation and Control Engineering, with English proficiency and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 3 in a leadership role. Experience in assignment and transitioning to operations is essential, Arabic is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• At least 12 years of direct and relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role in a similar industrial environment (power generation and reverse osmosis desalination).
• Background in assignment and transitioning to operations.
