Job summary
Eurofins USA seeks an enthusiastic Laboratory Technician for their Christchurch Food and Water testing Laboratory. This full-time role encompasses hands-on microbiological analysis, with responsibilities including supervising a team. - 1+ year experience in a commercial Food or Water testing laboratory.
- Commitment to quality and a positive can-do attitude.

- Carry out microbiological analysis of food and water samples.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, team player to join our close-knit team on a full-time permanent contract Tuesday - Saturday.
Based at our busy Christchurch Food and Water testing Laboratory,this is a hands-on role reporting to the Section Team Leader, but which entails a degree of supervisory and mentoring duties of other Laboratory Technicians. The purpose of the role is to carry out the microbiological analysis of a variety of food and water samples.
- Tertiary qualification in microbiology/biology
- At least one year's experience working in a commercial Food or Water testing laboratory
