Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and build lasting relationships with your own portfolio of clients
• Mentor, review, and support junior and intermediate staff
• Stay updated on NZ tax legislation and technical accounting standards
• Deliver advisory services such as budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years of New Zealand public practice experience
• CA qualified (or equivalent) or near completion
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and CCH workpapers
• Natural relationship-building skills and a solutions-focused mindset
