Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Te Rapa is seeking a pro-active Team Leader for the Hardware team to drive exceptional customer service, sales and the smooth running of store operations. You will lead and develop the team, motivate staff, and deliver in-full results with a strong Health & Safety focus.

The role reports to the Retail Manager - Building Products and requires dedication to service excellence in a busy hardware environment, with rostered hours from Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service excellence and the ability to manage customer expectations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to forward plan and offer innovative solutions.
• Leadership capability and the ability to motivate teams to achieve service excellence.
• Understanding or background in inventory management and pricing.
